The latest issue of Mac-Life discusses new technologies and with mention of 3D the article brings up the 3DS. It goes on to say "This next-gen upgrade to the popular DS handheld will sport sophisticated dual touchscreens, motion control and - mamma mia! - autostereoscopic 3D".

What do you guys think?

Dual touchscreens: Possible, but conjecture at this point.

Motion control: It's likely the 3DS will have some sort of accelerometer like an iPhone or similar to the Wii Remote's tilt detection. I'd be surprised if it didn't, frankly.

3D: Well, yeah. It's in the name and all. No glasses required, hooray!

Basically, it looks like they're going with a lot of rumored features. Nothing apart from 3D is known at this point about it, publicly at least, and I doubt Mac-Life has the inside scoop on it. On the upside, only two weeks now until the full reveal! It's like the night before [anticipated holiday] but stretched out for weeks.

Just give me GCN-quality graphics, tilt-control, and an analog stick, and I'll be happy. :3
