lol, I ordered a few in from Canada and Hong Kong. They were strictly for homebrew though. No issues, they just came in the mail.

good for them, anything to halt the sale of pirated DS carts. i wonder if they're going to start monitoring eBay and online retailers too?

I only use homebrew because it pisses me off NIntendo doesn't let you do things on the system that'll obviously make it a better machine.

The DSi for example, playing the MP3 format would be nice, as well as a video player to watch AVI and M4Ps would be amazing, but instead we MIGHT get some crappy limited video player were you'll need the Wii to use....It's just moronic.
Or skype, or an organizer, or image viewer....I mean come on!

The Wii I have the homebrew channel, but honestly don't use it often...Well I sometimes play old SNES games that aren't on the VC store, but blame NIntendo for not giving me what i want.

I have and I will continue to hack every console I can if it makes them better. Now, how should one define "better"? Well, it's around that time things get a bit fluid.

Piracy will never end. Each attempt to block piracy ends in stopping the noobish people, but the smart ones always have a way to bypass the anti-piracy. It's a never ending story...

The story isn't about them attacking flashcards per se, but really about them trying to stop the sale of counterfeit DS games, which is an enormous problem in some regions (and on Ebay, it's out of control).

I'm only getting an iplayer, so I don't need to worry.

Oh my gosh. It's the end of the world. Now everyone has to ACTUALLY BUY THEIR DS GAMES. I'm so shocked.

I love nintendo and will not use anything illegal.

for those of you this will believe it or not it will determine if you get a good job. people will look at your résumé and see if you have ever done anything bad in life. it is not good to hack anything because you are steeling. Also companies cant really make there money if everyone is getting a free copy of it using illegal software. There have been people arrested for this and sewed by companies. This will get you in big trouble even if your very young.

@Sawkz, FATEM, Protoman: you guys are late to the party. geek-master is really young, like 12 or 13; making fun of him for poor spelling/grammar is not cool. we were told months ago by the mods to not get on his back for it.
