Really on the fence about this. I have the money for it, and I do enjoy Mega Man games but it has been a LONG time since I tried the GBA Zero games (I didnt play them entirely). Isn't it REALLY hard?

Usually, but there appears to be a new easy mode, which lowers the difficulty to about ZX easy. (ZX easy is really easy...ish. Only part I couldn't get past during a rental had to do with exploring and not the actual platforming.)

They added an easy mode so now anyone and their dog can beat it.

Interesting, yeah I just wonder if its gonna just feel super watered-down playing it on easy. Still $30 for this compilation is a steal.

No not at all, I have these game for gameboy and it was soooooooo bad, omg I really hated it, come on and waste my money for a COLLECTION of bad games? no thx dude.

Were they too hard for you, hulklol? Nearly all Rockman fans seem to love the Zeros, unless they get turned away by it's difficulty.

I went to several stores looking for this and haven't seen it on shelves. Weird. I ended up ording it from Amazon, with a few other things I wanted, so I'll have it in a few days. But it's strange that I can't find it. Maybe some quirk of my local market.

There selling it, in Gamestop for just 12$ bucks used.

For you, the day LordJumpMad graced your threads, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday.

I was hoping this game would have been a Day One purchase, but hopefully the next payday will change that for me.

Loved the crap out of the original releases, still have them, HUGE Mega-anything fan, justified purchase, etc.

I've never played any of the Zero games, but I'm definitly going to get this Collection. And I'm glad these games are tough as nails, that's the way I like em' Challenging games are so satisfying, rewarding and more fun.

Anyways, I've already mentioned this in another thread, but I absolutely HATED MMZX. I finished it a couple of years ago....I hated the music, most of it was just ear grating, the exploration was horrid, boring and just terrible. The useless confusing map made things worse. It was definitly challenging, if alittle irritating in spots. Yet it wasn't MMX6 Irritating...Which was another MM game I absolutely couldn't stand. But really, I think the exploration killed it for me. I don't want to explore, find things, do random missions, or guess where the Bosses stage is in a Mega Man game. I wan't a screen where it shows 8 Bosses, and I can select their stages

Then you're not gonna like the first Zero game, since it was more exploration-heavy. Not as much as ZX, but it's still there.

Oddly enough, the Mega Man ZX games were always my favorites because they had exploration. In fact, to me, adding exploration to any game makes it 10 times better. Of course, I'm an adventure nut - I love to explore anything and everything.

I'm all for exploration as well, but maybe just not when it comes to Mega Man. Then again like I said, MMZX had a useless confusing map, and the annoying music made matters worse How is the map in the first Zero game? I'm still up for it regardless. And while I'm at it, I need to give my copy of Mega Man and Bass a go

There is no map.

Very much enjoying it so far! Granted, I'm only a few missions into MM01, but it's very fun.

Not as much like the classic series as I had hoped, but darned entertaining in its own right. I was pleasantly surprised when the intro boss handed my butt to me several times in a row. This game was actually a challenge!

Can't wait to spend more time with it and get further. A little chatty, but very good.

I've checked the various Nintendo sites and big retailers of every big nation in Europe and guess what. Everyone except the UK and Scandinavia has Zero Collection listed and up for sale. I can in other words play this game in French or German, but not in English.
What the F**K is this I do not even. D:<

I would be excited only I still have my GBA carts of Zero 1-4. Unless there's some insanely awesome bonus content on the collection. So is there?
