okay, i was wanting to make a sponge bob flipnote, but when i tried to record the snippet of the episode i wanted, it was to quiet. so i cranked up the volume and tried again, this time it came out to quiet AND you couldn't understand what they were saying. please help!

NOTE: i tried this on my tv. not on comp. i don't know if it would make a dif. or not

Cringing is really fun.

You probably need to move your DSi closer to your tv. I believe the most effective distance away from a DSi to get a sound is about 6 inches (or 15 cm If you use the metric system). JUst make sure it's not TOO loud, I hate it when flipnotes turn out like that, along with ones whose words are too slow or too fast.

Exactly.

Hmm, I'd maybe try to record the sound onto an sd card and then transfer it over to flipnote studio from there? I've recorded directly onto flipnote studio before and the sound quality wasn't as good so this doesn't surprise me at all.

I love rpgs and platformers the most... racing games are good too!
I have a black dsi and a blue 3DS. :D

20th - I wouldn't know about that. I'm a terrible artist and would rather watch than create flipnotes.

Try Option 1 Pal. It might work. Also there's a PDF for some of this on the flipnote studio application. it's in the help area. Thanks.
