Anyone still play this or interest in playing this? I actually quit and sold the game long ago for multiple reasons, but if I were to gather enough friend codes of regular players, I'd love to give it a shot again. Due to past wrist injuries I would probably only play two or three games a day, not long play sessions like the NL Brawl crew tends to enjoy, but I'd play nonetheless.
I know Odnetnin said he's game, and I remember talking to someone else (maybe Hawkeye Martin?) who was interested in playing. If we had at least four of us, I could probably justify buying it again.
Also, on the topic, who do you play as when you play? I almost always used Trace due to my fascination with being the sniper in any FPS, but I also really liked the guy who could make turrets. Reminds me of lots of fun times playing with the laptop gun in Perfect Dark.
I wish more FPS's had inventive characters like Hunters with such widely different abilities aside from just weapons of choice. I'd even take Hunters over TF2, though I may well be alone there.
I play as Samus mostly, lol. Her only dissadvantage is her lack of an affinity weapon. Spire's rocky alt form is really nifty for climbing up ledges and such, though. I don't have access to the game at the moment, actually--I'll get it back on Saturday... So I guess you might have to count me out for now.
I'm not getting it that soon, anyway, and it'll depend on if there is enough of a community here. Random matches online just aren't fun anymore, I've finished the story, and playing against bots is not enough to justify keeping the game.
Samus isn't bad. Probably my third favorite. The lack of affinity is made up for by the extra missiles she gets, and the fact that they lock on, if I recall correctly. I've seen a lot of good Samus players online.
I kinda hated the online on this, it had a lot of potential but the weapon balancing was just aweful.. also the whole 7 minute 7 kill random game think sucked majorly, i'd have loved to try some CTF but i never once got enough people interested for a full 4 player game.. in the end i just lost interest
If we had one or two others interested we could play CTF or any mode. I never knew anyone personally who owned the game, so I've only ever played the normal mode. Didn't realize there was CTF!
Some people seem not to be affected by it at all. If a group got started here, I would have to try playing in moderation to see if that makes it better, which I think it would. I used to play for probably an hour at a time online. It's hard to stop playing.
Huh, I hadn't thought of that. I'm pretty good with my left and can play some sports left-handed. That might help since my right wrist hasn't had nearly as many problems. You're smarter than you look, Odnetnin.
Sold it after finishing the single player and the online glitching really bugged me out bad. I would definately get in if I still had it. If I see it cheap Ill pick it up again somtime.

Heh, I never really cared for the whole "clan" thing. I meant more of playing amongst ourselves like our little Brawl group does. I'll pick up the game soon (this week hopefully) and try to get the ball rolling if no one else has by then.
Game Stop didn't have Hunters, sadly. I was surprised. I guess it hasn't had enduring popularity like Mario Kart and Mario Brothers has on DS? I ended up getting other games instead, so I guess I jumped the gun starting this thread. I'll keep an eye out for the game if I go elsewhere, though.
