Just purchased Drawn to Life @ Target (on clearance!?) for 9.99... Haven't even opened it up yet but wanted to ask ya'll if this was a good purchase... I see reviews giving it 7.9 out of 10, etc... But what do the players think?

I love to draw so I had a blast with it. The platforming itself is a bit repetitive, though, if I'm being perfectly honest. The sequel looks like it's going to be a major improvement, thankfully.

After he finished, there was nothing worthy of replay value.
I think they milked the commercial, with the "Draw your own character" hype. At least Scribblenauts could be the worthy (though not related) sequel we needed from 5th Cell.
Well I'm kind of teetering on giving it to my niece, not sure yet tho... Does it get better as you go along or doesn't it? LOL

Oh, I'm an artist, alright... been drawing and painting longer than most of u kids have been alive. lol...
B It DOES. In my opinion, anyway. If you're not an artist, though, you might not get a whole lot of enjoyment out of it.

@ballistikboy: are you not having fun? if not, it's your call, to stick it out just to say you've played it to completion and you gave it a fair shot before deciding you didn't like it (as I did) or to give it away... but if you're liking it, why give it away? :3

I am a believer that this game gets better as you go along... Not really any replay value when you're done but a sequel IS coming out this month!
