Topic: Is Ace Attorney good?

I've seen people saying good things about the ace attorney games. Are they good? If so, which one would be the best to buy?

for my opinion it's Beyond Good! it's a magnificent game!..especially when you are in the court..
investigating can be frustrating sometimes but if you find the right things! you will be very happy =P
it's really quite a good game! just make sure you read what they say and don't skip it, otherwise you won't understand the story!
but what i don't like is it has only 4-5 cases which you can play! but every case is really very interesting and amusing! and sometimes the Music tenses me to death!
overall,it's an awesome Game!

p.s. : you should buy Trials and Tribulations! i think it's the Awesome-est

It's a great series IMO, if point-and-click detective novel-type games are your thing. You'll want to start with the first game (Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney), and play them in order, though, if you want to understand everything that's going on (and really, there's a buttload of stuff going on, characters showing up again in later games and whatnot).

If you're one of those people who like reading video game stories and like the concept of being an attorney, you'll surely love it. If you're someone who usually skims through the text and just wants to play the darn thing, you're better off not buying it. Personally though, I've found them all to be very enjoyable. As theblackdragon says, you'll definitely want to start with the 1st game,
