Umm... no! I'd be more worried about whether I was getting a legitimate copy of the game or a bootleg that any minor differences in health regulations.
it's not anything to do with health, rather it's region-specific ratings and translation guidelines and stuff that publishers have to follow. you'll physically be just fine after playing this game if you choose to import :3

I read somewhere that there may be issues with importing the upcoming EU release of Solatorobo: Red the Hunter for use on a NA 3DS because it is a DSi-enhanced game and those are region locked. What. A. Bummer. C'mon NOA.
