Hey!
First time posting, but I'm becoming really desperate so that's why I'm running to forums to figure out the name of this game.
It was a pet game, where you were either a boy or girl and wanted a dog.
So you go to the pet store and choose between a chihuahua, labrador or one of those poofy dogs (don't remember the name). You could also visit the pet store later if you didn't like any of the dogs to choose another one (so you got other colours).
Once you had your dog I think you could teach it tricks.
And you also had three minigames, but you got them gradually from your father, so you didn't have them all to begin with. Oh! And you could also brush your dog. One of the games was pushing different pieces of a puzzle around, I dunno what it's called but you got like one space open and push pieces around.
You also had to go to school, so once you came home you went for a trip with the dog and met other dogs around town.
You also fed and gave water to your dog.
After a while you could also train your dog in the park and enter some sort of competition.
The style was kinda like the Kairosoft games.
I know it's not Nintendogs or the Petz series!
Please anyone help!
Oh my gosh I only just read this but have u found out the name of the game coz I loved that game soooo much as a kid and want to see if I still have it. Do you know the name? If yes can u reply. I’m desperate to find out the name
@Laserflik My guess? It's likely Nintendo's Nintendogs series or Unisoft's (I think) Petz series. They were both popular in the DS and Wii area, so it may be one of those. They both have entries with dogs that youcan take care of and teach tricks. That description sounds a LOT like nintendogs though.
Edit: just noticed the tag says DS. There is no doubt in my mind it was nintendogs game. There were a LOT of versions, and they all sold a bunch. Theres a good chance you have one if were into main stream DS games.
