so i finally just finished getting through all the R&D ranks... after struggling with rank 13 for the past couple nights, i finally gave up and just took a freakin' phone-pic of the puzzles as they came and then paused so i could work them out on paper for the final two ranks. D: i know, it's cheating the clock, but holy crap, some of most of those puzzles were hard.

anyway, how's everyone else doing with Boxlife? loving it? hating it? currently stuck in a gray, mist-filled limbo between opinions? :3

I think it's a great game, but yes, its very challenging, which is why I like it. Games that are too easy you just don't play that often... (Bird & Beans anyone?) But this has extreme replay value... just wish there was a "hints" button or something up there. lol... Factory mode is so difficult!

I'm considering getting this game. I've heard nothing but good things about it so far. Is this really the best of the Art Style games on the DSi?

Pegasus

It's a great game, but I still like PiCTOBiTS better. Kubos might become my new favorite though, whenever that one will be released in NA.

granted, i'm not in the UK, so i've never played Code, but between Aquia, Pictobits, and Boxlife, I'd say you can't go wrong with either of the latter two. An Aquia enthusiast may beg to differ, but I've had way more fun with Pictobits and Boxlife than I have with Aquia. :3

BOXLIFE can be very tough in the later ranks. And I'm with theblackdragon on this one, I much prefer PICTOBITS and BOXLIFE to AQUIA.

to be honest, the only reason I cheated the clock was because I wanted to unlock the last couple of promotions in Factory mode. I think I may have to go back and 100% R&D mode in order to unlock the last one, though. other than that, I love Boxlife. :3

Well those last few were tough if you didn't have them worked out in your head. Factory gave me more trouble than anything, due to my constant wasting of paper. I'd get a good start, and then it would slowly start snowballing on me.

i had a hard time remembering the solutions after i'd solved them. i think my best score on rank 13 beforehand was 68 (so close to promotion...), and there's no way i would've remembered all of rank 14's puzzles. :3
