@tbd I get you. Sounds like a great game! I'm picking this up at the next opportunity. I'm glad that the game is flexible if you make mistakes or get stuck. And more PW-esque dialogue can never hurt. :)

And... Missile is in this? :D

@HM: lol, it's not the same exact dog, but a dog named Missile has got to be a nod, y'know? The only thing better would've been a dog named Pesu or a cat named Shoe :3

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

I haven't played the game for more than a couple of hours but I'm already certain that unless you HATE these type of logic-based games, YOU NEED TO BUY THIS. Like, right now.

Which reminds me, I'm still pissed about the Game Informer review of Ghost Trick, since the reviewer obviously doesn't care for point 'n' clicks, and I ended up getting nothing out of the review because he mainly focused on the "issues" that all P'n'Cs have. So it's not good for non-fans, that still doesn't tell me if its a good game or not.

To be fair, everyone kinda already knows Game Informer is a joke anyway?

This game looks cool and all but I have a couple of questions:
Is it a long game? More then 3-4 hours?
Is solving the puzzles very linear, or are there different methods to solving them?

Whatever you do, don't go to Best Buy to get it. They don't supply it there for some reason.

Coincidently, I'm 3-4 hours in and there HAS to be plenty of game left. I'll be amazed if I'm more than 1/4 done.

And yes the puzzles are linear.

finally beat it this morning... man those were some twists! had managed to finger who Sissel was by the end of chapter 15, and it felt great to be right, hahaha -- explained quite a bit about a couple things that had happened throughout the game. my only problem is that there's not more to it... i want more! i would love to have some kind of sequel to this, but they wrapped up the story so tightly idk if that would even be possible. i want another game that plays this way, i really do. they did an excellent job with the puzzles, i didn't need to cheat to get through them but they'll definitely make you think.

it helps that i love twisted stories like this, though, definitely :3 so much fun~!

I couldn't put this down last night and burnt through 5 chapters! Plot twist sexiness!!!!! <3 The puzzles in my opinion are just right. Nothing to hard but not easy by any means. There are some tricky timings but it makes the [lightbulb] moments that much more satisfying.

I just finished playing after 7 hours nonstop - I was far too immersed in the story and the puzzles. I finally beat it just ten minutes ago, and my mind has been blown. The ending was so sweet, and now I want a Pomeranian, even though I typically despise small dogs.

Currently playing: Fluidity, Epic Mickey, Golden Sun (the original), The World Ends With You, and Donkey Kong Country Returns (again again) - I should likely pick one and stick with that.

I'm purposely stopping after every chapter so it doesn't end too quickly.

A fantastic game, I love the animations and their fluidity, and yes, I think it beats 999 in every way possible. :)

I found mine at GameStop... Best Buy usually doesn't carry games like these, and Wal-Mart didn't have it when i went in for it (though they seem to have it now on their website).

I'm currently playing the 8-th chapter, and I'm loving the wacky tone of the characters, especially having in mind that the game evolves around some pretty serious events.
P.S. I love the panic dance of the police officers, it cracks me up. :D

Just finished it today ... geez, so awesome. Story-wise, everything is all tied up so a sequel might be hard to do -- at least with the same characters -- but another entry in the series would be MOST welcome.

I didn't have a clue regarding Sissy's :D identity until the very ending. Kudos for you! :)
