Question, Is the 4-player Co-Op limited to local play?

Ah, that does sound interesting, MickeyMac, thanks. I've always felt healing items were too easy to come by in most RPGs. The one healing spell in the game sounds overboard (the caster dies?!) but I suppose in context it'll (hopefully) make sense if used only out of strategic necessity.

I can't imagine it would be any more fun with or without Multiplayer. It seems like its meant to be more of a nice addition than critical feature.

I like both of them, though the Japanese one is a bit more charming imo. Maybe there's not enough action on it for Americans, so they put them riding a dragon instead lol.

I will maybe just buy these game because of the NA box , I didn't like the japaneese one, but well, maybe these or golden sun or proffesor layton.

Its very throwback, kinda reminds me somewhat of Amano's style, but waaay better, more fleshed out and colored.

that gameplay reminded me alot of a gba harry potter game i played long ago...

It looks cool, but it seems to be too similar as DQ IX, so maybe i get other rpgs, like TWETY or Golden Sun.

I feel the same, I the art work, but I am way too much into Dragon Quest IX to look into getting this one, I just keeping comparing the two even though I don't want to.
