Topic: FFIV problems

I have now had the game freeze in the same way twice. I was grinding in the Agart area and when the screen started to transition to the random battle screen, instead of going to the random battle screen, both screens went completely white and stayed like this. Has anyone heard of this problem before? Is it only in the Agart area? If so, are there any other good areas for me to grind? I recently beat the Tower of Zot and I'm trying to get the two party members that just rejoined to a good level.

I did a google search and it seems that other people with legit copies have experienced the same problem so I guess I'll just have to put up with it.
