The selection of games on DS is superior. However, there are a few gems on PSP (Dissidia, Crisis Core, .hack//LINK, maybe the GTA's). The PSP Go sounds like a joke though.
Brandon, I was just cracking a joke because it was funny how she worded it, not judging anyone. But you're wrong, it's very much not the target audience; otherwise, they wouldn't be constantly updating the firmware to prevent it.
It may not be the target audience, but certainly a good number of PSP owners only got it because of it being so hackable.
I like my DS very much, but I can't say for sure whether it's better than the PSP since I don't have much experience with the former. PSP Go! would be enticing, but not at that price point.
PSP doesn't have a very good library to be honest. Ive owned two now, the best thing about the system is that it is a portable PsOne. The only game I own that I absolutely cant ever get rid of is Final Fantasy Tactics War of the Lions and even it is a remake of a PsOne game. Its a good system but most games have way to many control issues or camera issues. Im a Sony fanatic but if your looking for a great portable with lots a great games go with the DSi.

Slapshot82 I was thinking the same thing, I had a psp and I sold it for a ds lite because of the library of games. It felt like I was playing a ps one/ps2. I wanted to see new tittles but all we got was tiny versions of ps2/ps3 games (little big planet psp WTF)
Here's an idea: save your money and time now, and wait till Nintendo and Sony come out with the next big handhelds. The DSi and PSP Go are the evolutions, not the revolutions.
the psp go with the new games (gran turismo, jak and daxter, little big planet, assasins creed) Is much better, but until then, the game selection is limeted to god of war, resistance retribution, and monster hunter(the best).
The Playstation Pocket (PP) and the Nintendo QS Why? (Quadruple Screen) are the big next steps in portable gaming. Seriously, save your money for those technological marvels.
psp, cos as u grow older, u will find more mature games on psp, ds stays in the kiddy range of games u will enjoy from 7-13 or 14 and then youll just leave it in a drawer one day...
