Hey guys. I want to re buy Dragon Quest IX. I made myself stop playing the game after playing around 300 hours after it came out. I really want to replay it and would like to get the dlc quests. Is there any way to get them still? I know Nintendo shut down their internet for the DS and Wii. Don't know if this matters, but I'm playing on a New 3DS XL.
