I saw it on Serebii.net. I must get it. I'm addicted for life to collecting rare pokémon. That's the thing i like about it the most about the series aside from the clever battle system.
I just caught it but it wasn't easy. Still nice though. It has Hypnosis and the Bad Dreams ability which is an awesome combination. Furthermore you can make it even worse for your foe by adding Nightmare into the mix which it also knows.

Just got mine today. What's interesting about my battle was that I came with a lot of my strong pokemon. I threw my level 64 Girintina out and used Shadow Force (which missed). I then used dragon claw and his health bar was dwindling fast until he had barely enough life left before he faints. It was close, but I caught him with a Dusk Ball. If only Diagla and Palkia were that easy.

You've just had a lot of luck. Out of all legendary pokémon Dialga and Palkia were always the easiest to capture in any of my Diamond, Pearl or Platinum playthroughs apart from Heatran perhaps which is caught easily in Platinum if you use Dusk Balls.
I still have to catch it. That thing is a MONSTER with ultra balls.
Duh! The game is called Pocket MONSTERS!
Either way, I finally have an excuse to use Pokémon PLatinum again! (Re-doing my EV training caused me to lose interest in training my 70s team to Lv. 100...)
