EDIT:
Better put these in your favorites or on your desktop, just in case...
EDIT2:
Hm, it would seem you're in luck: the site rules actually allow emulator and flash cart talk about the DS, seeing as it is a last gen or older handheld. As long as you don't ask anyone where to download games...

Eh...
You are NOT suppose to talk about PIRACY, Hacked ROMs, Modded machines here.
I'm sure the Moderators here will Lock this thread.
If you want to play Nintendo games, BUY their Original games, DO NOT use R4 or whatever its name to play pirated games. That's a piracy & crime.

@Anti-Matter Ehm... I think you should read the site rules more carefully. Not all content is banned as a topic for conversation. Straight from the community rules page:

Do not discuss current gen emulators/homebrew; It is permitted to constructively discuss the use of flash carts, emulators and homebrew software when in the context of previous generation(s) hardware.

So, seeing as the Nintendo DS is most definitely previous gen hardware, it actually IS permitted to talk about it. As long as you don't post links to ROM downloads, but you CAN talk about soft-modding, emulators, homebrew and flash carts.
