A few years ago, back when the Nintendo DS was the cool new thing and I was still in school, there was a game which I felt a little attached to, I loved the music in it and also the story I remember it making me a bit teary... but maybe it was just the music

Anyway, a description of the game from my terrible memory:

1. 2 dimensional, moving left to right/right to left
2. Flying planes/bombers
3. Each side (left or right) would have a base which would put out all kinds of units or something. Ground units, air units
4. Quite fast paced, flying the planes shooting and bombing
5. Stategic as well as action based. Strategy in choosing units, action in destroying enemy units

I cant remember really anything else from it, besides thinking that between missions you would read the letter of a pilot sending a letter home to his family/loved ones or something.

I might have been mistaken in quite a few of these things since my memory is not the best. In fact, it could be possible this is a game boy advanced game, but I remember playing it on the DS, also I think I remember using the pen, perhaps it was used to fly the plane? I do not remember

Hope someone can find this game, I gave my DS and my games long ago to a friend for his birthday but I want to find this game again, especially for the music which touched me so back then when I was younger

thank you for your time

And thus, Nintendo Life has helped another gamer's forgetfulness ror games, and will continue to do so for the rest of time.
