As I've said a few times, I'm trying to play on WFC online on Mario Kart and MW3 and every online game I have and it says there's no access point in range when I clearly have my DS linked to my router. Have Nintendo shut down the online network for DS and DSi just for 3DS? Is it a problem on my part? What's happening?

I was about to say that Nintendo shut down the servers for Wii/DS games...forgot that its not happening until a couple months later. What router do you have?
