Topic: Call of Duty games for DS discussion

Okay.. I know that the CoD games for Wii and DS have been lacking, but have any of you tried CoD for DS and actually enjoyed it? I'm kinda psyched for Black Ops for DS, apparently it'll include 2p co op, a perks system like the PS3 and X360 versions, and 6 player online and local play (also included in CoD: Mobilized)

I slightly enjoyed the first one. The second one the AI was so dumb it was boring and the aiming was sluggish and turning was terrible on the tank making it a memorization turkey shoot where you better be moving to aim by memory fast or you're dead which sucked the fun out of it. I never bothered with them after.

Honestly the only COD-like game I ever got into and felt played right was Brothers in Arms DS.

I'm only interested in Black Ops for DS because of the button-aiming option. If it works well, I may consider buying it.

I liked the second Modern Warfare game, but you're right the AI wasn't the smartest. There were a few levels that were pretty hard. I admit that the tank level wasn't one of the best.. but some of the other vehicle levels (helicopter insertion, on the run, and the AC130 one) were really fun.

Helicopter insertion? I was speaking of the world at war one being just horribly done. After that one I gave up on the series so I never touched the second modern warfare release as I lost all interest. The vehicle stuff in the first CODMW on the DS though was handled pretty well.
