Honestly, it's hard for me to label which one is the "best" 200-Point game. A few come to mind: Aura-Aura Climber, Spotto!, EP Luminarrow, and many others.
Spotto/Birds and Bombs, Army Defender and AiRace: Tunnel.

Photo Dojo is a bit of Warioware: Snapped situation although a bit better. It's a nice showcase to friends where you take photos and have a fight with them but it's pretty dry on your own. For 200 points though it's still fantastic.
AiRace: Tunnel is pretty much Paper Airplane in 3D and it is repetitive but lots of fun and addictive. It's perfect for picking up and playing in short bursts. It looks really nice as well!
I'd personally go with AiRace: Tunnel but both are great. Some people have mentioned that the 800 point AiRace may contain the Tunnel as well so you might want to wait if that's true but I can't confirm.

My vote goes to Aura Aura Climber. With its excellent production values, fun gameplay and high replay value thanks to achievments and score tracking, it could almost merit a 500 pt price tag
