The only one I've played is NSMB which is great obviously!! But are there any other good platformers on DS? I'm in the mood for one.
Any suggestions?

Super Princess Peach, The Legendary Starfy, Yoshi's Island DS, Henry Hatworth in the Puzzling Adventure (if you don't mind the puzzle half, of course), and others, I'm sure. That's just what I've got off the top of my head.

Thanks Stuffgamer, Is yoshi's Island similar to the GBA one? I loved that game. Also I think I might try The Legendary Starfy as the review on here seems to rate it highly.

The Legendary Starfy is a really fun game.

Yoshi's Island DS is a direct sequel to the one on GBA/SNES. If you loved that one, you should love this one.

I'll suggest you Great Giana Sisters DS. Is like a Super Mario Bros.

Never heard of this one , anyone else recommend it? I think it's now a toss up between Yoshi or Starfy. I'm leaning towards starfy as i've never played this series before.Anyone else wanna comment before I go to the shops?

Yoshi's Island is way easy, but fun and quite puzzling in some situations and has pretty good replay value; but I think that Starfy is probably the best DS game I've played so far. It's fun and packed with content, plus has good replay value. Which ever sounds better to you...

Ok guys Thanks for your comments I'm gonna go with Starfy for now.Although having read some reviews of Great Giana Sisters DS i'm intrigued, any views on this game would be appreciated. Also if I find Yoshi ds cheap I'll probably pick that up as well LOL. Way to go spending my non existent money guys!!

Have fun finding one! I had to go to 4 different stores before I found a copy [Starfy]. I would imagine you would have more of a problem with Yoshi's Island.

Really?? Oh bugger. There are some on EBay but there like £34.99 in the UK.Bit much for a DS game IMO.Hmmm looks like I'll have to do some searching. I can get yoshi (cartridge only) for £11.96 used, worth it? Boxed it seems to be £25 minimum!!

Yes, a ton. There's N+, which is insanely addictive - be warned, it can be ridonculously frustrating. Henry Hatsworth and the Puzzling Adventure. Yoshi's Island DS. The Legend of Starfy.

Not very different. Is still very very easy, and repetitive...
