Topic: Alpha Bounce help

Hey for everyone who plays and enjoy Alpha Bounce so much like me, these is the thread for you, here you help other people and recive help from other people. What type of help? All about Alpha Bounce!!!!

So lets say I want to know what do the red "E" makes, so the red "E" is a extension for your ship. But maybe you want to know what to something do like a weapon, for what is that weapon, for what is that ball etc.

Well here is more about help without being asked for help, so you can post images, the name, a descriptión or even a video so the people can see what are some things for.

Im gonna put some thing but before it can anyone explain me how to put videos and images on the forums? THX

Anyways, you can post here let's say the image and name of a ball, let's say The military ball or idk, explain for what it is about, some pros, some contras and maybe a video showing what do it do, so you can ask about a weapon you don't know what do it do etc.

For whoever has this game, find the fire ball. (I think that is what it is called.) It is similar to the volt in the online version of the game. It can destroy many rocks and is very powerful.

So you say that the voltlor electrick ball can destroy any rocks? it isn't really usefull with normal conglomerates (those gray blocks)

@hulk The Volt is useful in the online game, the Fireball is easily the best in the DSiWare version.

It is useful for the normal conglomerates too.

Ohhh... but I don't have it , is there a way to get a better ship? where you can equip more things?

Yep, there are additional envelopes that you can find.

I have yet to encounter the Fireball power-up.

You can get a new envelope (ship) by completing every square in a planet. Equip it in your second ship slot and when you die it'll appear (you get two lives!)

The letter power-ups change depending on your envelope. For example, the effect of the P power-up shall depend on which envelope (paddle/ship) you are currently using.

The explosive ball is the best.

I got the safe ball though, really comes in handy.

Well in the moment I got the first ship, and the safe ball, it is really usefull (is like another life)

Only the P changes between ships AFAIK. Of course the INSOMNIA affects more powerup types but it doesn't change their effect (it's immune to negative items, my favourite for combining with the fire ball).

explosive ball. hands down. I think it's just the fireball but better. I can finish a level with it in under a minute.

Using the fire ball is like cheating...and I like it.
What coordinateness is the explosive ball at?
What coordinateness is the best planet?

I know this has several million levels. Does anybody know where the northern edge of the universe is? I'm at -610 and still heading north(their axis is inverted.

How do you save this game? I have absolutely no idea how to save

It auto-saves after every stage, whether you clear or fail it, so you don't have to worry about losing a valuable item or losing a lot of progress.

Well, the developers boasted that this had "over 25 million" levels, so it's big.

Aside from that, I haven't played much, but I will pick up and play again.

How do you unlock the hardest difficulty?

Beat the game once, then it unlocks.
