Sorry that there was confusion about the game, that certainly wasn't the intent .

Non-Stop Flights is intended as a random endless mode of Airport Mania as many had asked for that feature after we'd released the original game. So we put together this game for iPhone, and thought it might be a good thing to put on DSiWare as well. It's intended for anyone who wants to play the game, but wants the game to play differently each time (randomness) in a continually escalating challenge that will really push you. It's definitely not for everyone, but nothing ever is . If you are looking for the traditional level structure wait for AM:FF, it is coming (with 48 levels like the iPhone for the DSiWare version). If you are looking for something that can be a 15-25 minute game of Airport Mania that is always different and challenging, you may like (and maybe even prefer) Non-Stop Flights. It is complimentary to the main game giving a somewhat different experience that we hoped would be enjoyed .

We're still plugging away on AM:FF DSiWare, for both America and Europe (as well as NSF DSiWare & FF WiiWare) and apologize for the delays.

I ended up downloading Airport Mania: First Flight on my Wii yesterday. I am actually really enjoying it. It is a very fun and addictive game with a good amount of polish to it. It is definitely not just some lazy port. The controls work really well and there is a good amount of content in the game too. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but for only 500 points this game is an excellent deal.

For anyone who did download this game, I'm curious what your highest scores are.

Mine is 4,868,550. I got close to that one more time, but usually I'm at least a million short. The game gets tough pretty quickly!

I figure if I can make it to the 3 million mark without having any upset customers, then I'm doing well. But all it really takes is a wave of planes who all need refueling or something, and they get upset all at once. Either that or I need to work on my management skillzzz.

How much will First Flight cost on DSiWare? Will it be 500 like the WiiWare version, or will they lower the price for DSiWare? On the Apple App store, it is currently $2.99

I don't know what the DSiWare price will be, and it is somewhat out of our control as Nintendo ultimately determines the price.

@cyrus_zuo That seems unfair, personally. I hope it comes soon and is cheap!

Me too
Currently we're readying a new build to submit to Nintendo, so it is probably still 6-8 weeks off at the soonest (sorry!)
