Topic: Where all Amiibo posting go?

I notice the Amiibo forum is so quiet am I missing something here?

The Amiibo crazy is pretty much over. Nintendo still sells them, and people still buy them, but most of the popular characters have been released. I personally am kinda bummed that we never got, and still kinda hopeful for, Pokemon cards with Amiibo functionality. But that seems to be just me. Nintendo has a lot of missed opportunities with Amiibo in my opinion. I cannot believe they never made a Skylanders/Disney Infinity type game that makes use of ALL Amiibo in some way. Also a lot of recent games make little to no use of Amiibo. The lack of Xenoblade 2 Amiibo or Amiibo support was also very disappointing to me. Kirby Star Allies uses them, but just for puzzle pieces. Spla2oon only uses them to unlock a couple pieces of gear or storing loadouts(the latter of which should really just be built into the game). Odyssey made decent use of them, but I think missed out on lots of Easter Egg opportunities with even just other Mario characters like Rosalina.

Only someone would go about saying this because their collection isn't complete. Amiibo like BoTW is in demand you can't find them and those that were sold long ago are even harder to find except eBay if the price is Scalping. Most people don't buy because they got the collection complete for all the Amiibo sets so why would they buy the same one again? Only those buying are those looking to finish their set-so the buying isn't over as you might want others to think so you can get them. Sounds like a loose strategy here. I can guarantee, if they made all the Pokemon Amiibo the rush would be so great it probably crash any Online retailer selling them for weeks on end.
