Alright, I wanted to let NintendoLife know about this, but apparently the rumours of US Exclusive amiibo have shown up in other stores. AmiiboAlert sent out a tweet that the Exclusives listed in BestBuy's system (Greninja, Lucario, and Shulk) were deleted, but apparently reddit is saying that BestBuy has at least two of them listed again. And there is further rumours of Shulk getting shipped to BestBuys in the States.
Even more for this, someone claimed they got a Shulk from ToysRUs and showed a receipt. A second person posted a picture from TRU that showed about 20 Shulk on a display.

With all that said, it looks like further restocks of these unicorns are upon us. The part that I dont like is Nintendo breaking their promise of not breaking Exclusives for stores. I have nothing against any of these companies (including GameStop, I have built up a good friendship with the employees there) and to find out that the Exclusives are being broken is a little unsettling to me. Anyone want to give their opinions on this? Please make sure not to bash any companies. We are all working on this together after all.
