Topic: possible Captain Toad and Toadette amiibo's

since we've still yet to hearliterally anything about how amiibo works in Captain Toad Treasure Tracker, does this raise the possibility of Captain Toad and Toadette being the first non smash characters to get a amiibo figure

As far as I'm aware, Captain Toad will only read amiibo data, and I think only games that save amiibo data will get an amiibo line.

Thought about it too and it would be awesome but I think tehy'll get the Smash Collection out of the way first and start releasing new lines with new games which have full support. If they keep the speed up they'll have all Smash characters around in august or september so they could come up with a StarFox or Zelda collection next seeing these games are planned for the second half of 2015.

i would prefer a normal toad-amiibo
