Topic: amiibo Collection

Just pre-ordered Game and Watch. I must say, he's one of the more unique amiibo of the new wave (I've forgotten what number it is, I think it's 6).

Also really want MEGA YARN YOSHI.

Imported Dr. Mario and Bowser Jr. for about $20 each last night, should arrive Friday. Thought buying them now for $20 would make more sense than waiting for release and having them be impossible to find like pretty much every other exclusive aside from the Retros and Jigglypuff.

Duck Hunt Duo, Mr Game & Watch and R.O.B ordered. I'll get the Mii Fighters later on when I have more money.

Looks like the restock news was true, saw plenty of amiibo today that haven't been restocked in a while like Captain Falcon, Ike, the Splatoon amiibo and some others. I picked up an Ike and he looks better in person than the images you would see online.

@DefHalan While I haven't checked stores like Wal-Mart yet, I went to EB Games (Canadian equivalent of Gamestop) and they got a huge restock today. So I assume other stores especially in America should be getting more soon if they haven't already.

Nah, I live in Canada. Before you ask, no the restocks weren't any good here than they are in America for the past weeks/months.

Bleh...we still just have Marios, Peaches, and Yoshis...Pac-Man isn't even showing up anymore, so I guess I'm glad I nabbed him before then.

We still got plenty of Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Peach, Pac man, Zelda, and Pikachu all over.

The same we've had for a month now...

I got Palutena, Capt Falcon, Charizard and Bowser Jr today. Palutena's left arm is so flimsy as if you could pull right off with little strength. She doesn't look bad I guess. Cat Falcon looks really good but I really hate the support bracket, even if they did make it clear (which all of them should have been clear for other amiibos) it's distracting.

Following my birthday a couple of days ago; I bought Zero Suit Samus and Meta Knight with a bit of the money I got. Plus my friend surprised me with Ike. So that's 24 amiibo now. I'm quite pleased with Meta Knight, he's one of the best-looking ones.

I really had no intention of collecting amiibo as I can't really afford it, I initially only bought one or two as novelties. However, after getting the ones bundled with Splatoon, Woolly World and (this week) Mario Maker, as well as my friend buying me Shulk from Japan, I can feel myself being sucked in. Down the slippery slope I go...

Just got ZSS, Classic Mario and olimar...since I already had the rest of wave 5...this was a great run!
I may stop importing non exclusives now...since I'm having good luck so far with them.

Went to Toys R Us at about 9:40 for a 10AM opening, raining heavy already about 40+ ppl there wait in line get soaked, but I got away with Bowser Jr., Zero Suit, Ganondorf, Classic Mario and Olimar so yay. And my Dr. Mario & Splatoon 3-pack from Target are on their way should be able to pick it up at the mailbox after work tomorrow

Dr Mario Stock is very abundant but... IT ONLY TOOK 5 MINUTES FOR CLASSIC MARIO TO SELL OUT ON AMAZON.
