Topic: amiibo Collection

So, Wii Fit Trainer and Wario arrived. Filled in some gaps so the numbers don't jump as much. Always a positive.

The negative is this:

I'm nearly out of space.

I do open amiibo. Some there aren't open yet like the Splatoon, Yarn Yoshi and Mario/Luigi and a few of the recently delivered ones. I just open the box in a way that lets me use the boxes to keep the amiibo safe. Unlike my girlfriend who decimates the boxes.

Dark Pit & Palutena arrived from my pre-orders and with the new glass cabinet put into my room, I have the proper space for these things now! Both looks great, Palu's face could be a bit better though. Now only the Dr. Mario pre-order remains and the collection counts at 18 (+1 spare); what happened to me? XD

I found a Lucina at my GAME store today. I wanted to get Yarn Yoshi, but he was out of stock, so I got her instead.

Wow, I'm amazed you found Lucina in GAME. My local store only ever seems to have a few Donkey Kongs.

Same. I was so shocked when I found her.

I'm more impressed GAME knew what Nintendo was. 0-o

Ha, yeah. The Nintendo section at the store is tiny, smaller than the Skylanders section .-.

Went to my local Game yesterday to check if they had any new stock in, and I was surprised to see that both Dark Pit and Little Mac were there! Annoyingly I walked away with nothing because I've already ordered them, but it was nice to see something different to the usual Mario/Link/Peach that they usually have.

I'm used to seeing that mate. This restock is working out great though.

Just Rosalina and Ness to go! Anybody in the UK know where I can get either of these bad boys?

Ness seems to be available at smyths toys & Rosalina at grainger games. (I think the second shop is spelt right)

Today I went to Gamestop, because maybe, just maybe, they have Ness-nevermind, it's just the same stuff they always have: Zelda, Diddy Kong, Pikachu, Sonic, and of course, Mario. I decided to get Diddy Kong, so he's now part of my collection.

What amiibos are rare right now? Please answer me guys, I'm sitting here thinking if I should get Megaman and Jigglypuff before they sell out. Rare or not?

It is difficult to say because in the US Jigglypuff is pretty rare while MegaMan is just uncommon, but other places Jigglypuff wasn't exclusive to Target. So I am not sure how rare Jiggs is in Sweden.

Impressive stuff. My friends all kind of stop at 4. My girlfriend has 3. I have 34 -.-

All I've got left to find now are King Dedede, Jigglypuff and Greninja, but nowhere seems to offer them at a reasonable price in the UK... Ah well, now I need to sort out some kind of display for my collection.
