I'm entirely biased towards not caring because I've played nearly every GBA game I would care enough to play.

Non-binary, demiguy, making LPs, still alive

Same here. Granted, I've been collecting them for so long that half the games I'd probably never go back to since my tastes have changed so much, but even now I still can't think of more than 4-5 games I'd be interested in getting, and three of those would be easier bought on cart instead of waiting for the VC release.

I don't see why they don't just unify the 3DS/WiiU virtual console and have all NES/SNES/GB/GBC/GBA available on both platforms.

I want :

Warioware Twisted / Warioware Mega Microgames / Gunstar Super Heroes / Iridion II / Metal Slug Advance.

I dunno why Nintendo cares so much about helping other people on the eshop at the expense of itself.

If something is great then it is great regardless. e.g Gunlord. Helping 2rd rate stuff at the expense of its own back catalog seems utterly pointless.

(How I think about it is what would such as Capcom do if the positions were reversed.)

Very little truly great stuff on the eshop yet.

Money for one. There are plenty of people that have bought the game twice, once on their console and once on their handheld system. Why would Nintendo let people buy a game once and play it on two systems while people are willing to pay twice for the same game on two systems?

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Who the hell are these people? And can I have their numbers? I have a bridge to sell them.

having to make a new universal VC standard "procedure"(the right word escaped my mind) so games already out would have to be updated and the WiiU ones would have some bugs because of the limitatons of the 3DS... VC unification would be a waste of time, money and almost surely cause bugs and MAYBE(I'm no expert in this part) security fails on both systems...... if it had started unified it might have been an amazing idea but now it's too risky to change it....

Now that's an explaination I can accept. Guess we'll have to wait until the next gen for a unified system, since VC doesn't garner enough interest for the updating process to be worthwhile.

There are about 15 GBA games that I would buy on Day One for $8-10 each, so... yeah.

I'd hardly say that's the case, especially looking at how well retro games still sell despite being on the VC in some state. Nintendo also wouldn't care about this if they were going to release the games.

1. Why is it better to play it on carts?
2. Why should Nintendo care? It's their profit vs profit of the used market.

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

1. it is better on carts because you can collect them(gotta catch 'em all ) and because Nintendo can't brick DS, DSLite od any kind of GBA(because original games are often mistaken by fakes and brick handhelds, lol)
2.because selling games that are already out of production is ECO friendly as they won't need to make nothing and players won't need brad new SD cards!(please don't get angry I'm just joking around)

That probably depends on what you keep in your pockets. Chopped cinder-blocks?
I did that all the time with the GBA. Never broke a game.
Though I lost one Phantasy Star Collection, probably in the couch at school. I bought another one that didn't want to be ejected from my GBA.
I also lost a Golden Sun so I replaced it and then I found the original.
