Topic: We Definitely Need More GameBoy Color Titles

We just do. There are a lot of GBC titles I missed out on that I really want to play.

I really think we should get at least ONE GBC title a month. That isn't too much to ask...is it? I mean, we already have, what....two?

It only makes sense that we have more GB games on the service than GBC. the GB had a longer life than the GBC, and thus has a larger number of games (and a larger number of good games, due to it's long life).

Since the GB has more games, it makes sense that we'd get GB games at a greater frequency. There are lots of GBC games I want, but there are lots of GB games I want as well. It's not like the color makes a game more fun, so I honestly don't see the disdain for GB games, which are just as good.

I would buy Donkey Kong Country GBC (not DKC Land) again in a heartbeat.

Yes please!!! I'd love to get R-Type and Bionic Commando DX (though we already have the original version of the latter).

Just give me Pokemon G/S/C and I'll be a happy man.
Also, I hope Nintendo releases an update at some point so we can play GB games in color.
We payed a decent amount for them, so I think we deserve color.

Think about it another way - with the licensed games removed, many companies don't have all that many GB games to release. Once a particular company is done with them, they're bound to move onto GBC games.

Dragon Warrior I & II
The Final Fantasy Legend I-III
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages/Seasons

Those were regular black and white GB games, not GBC games.

Even more reason for them to get on the 3DS VC soon!

I just started replaying Super Mario Bros. Deluxe on my GBC. This needs to come to the VC by the year's end or there'll be trouble.

You know that GB games in GBC look terrible, right? Look at Kirby's dream land and wario land and you will see what I mean.

Maybe so - but I played all of my GB games on a GBC. The added colour is nice, especially since there are several palettes to choose from. It's just another feature that really should be available. It really cant be difficult to emulate - it was on the GBC...

I would think forcing the GB games to switch between emulators would be a bad idea.

And you can change the color scheme? How? I was always stuck in a bland color scheme when I played Pokemon red on my GBC.
