I have over 3,000 coins, and I'm only missing 4 treasures.

To get the best ending you need all treasures and a minimum of 10,000 coins.

Forgive me if this was answered earlier in the thread and I missed it...but upon completing the game, can you go back to old levels to collect treasures that you've missed? I only ask because I know you lose the treasures you've accumulated if you run out of lives, so I'm saving the tricky and dangerous exploration for the end...if I can get away with that!

Once the credits roll, just reset the game, and it'll be at the point where you just have to play the final level.

So yes, you can go back and get the other treasures (the levels that house them will even have flashing dots).

I think you lose one treasure every time you lose all your lives and I think you just have to go back to where you found it to get it again.

Not sure though. Its been a long time since I lost all my lives.

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

I am really enjoying this game alot and I cant believe I never played it during the Gameboy era. Since this is my first time playing it I am not to worried about grabbing alot of coins and treasures I am more worried about learning the levels. I do have one question though. I am not sure if there is but is there some sort of trick to the bonus game where you have the two pails and you pull a string on one of them and either a bag of coins or a weight falls out? It seems that every time I play I get the weight and end up losing all of my coins that I gain in the level.

@Tasuki, I believe each bonus game has a pre-determined outcome. I would just create a restore point and reload it, if you accidentally choose incorrectly.

I only owned Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins as a child. I had a schoolyard friend who brought Wario Land with him to recess, and allowed me to play it for a few minutes. I was instantly amazed by the level of personality and charm Wario Land displayed. I've been waiting to own a copy, ever since. I was delighted when Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land was announced to arrive on the NA eShop. Now I finally have the chance to experience a long awaited videogame from my glory days. Thank you, Nintendo! :D

From what I remember it's pre-determined but I can be wrong...

It is indeed predetermined, since I pretty much cheated with the restore points every single time. Even with that much tweaking, I only got the log ending :D

i will go back for those treasures. someday.

Will the eshop have warioland 2? I had the original and it was great with all those bosses who were a lot different than the ones in most Mario games.

Europe already has it. US is getting it by the end of this year if I remember correctly.

I make Pixel Art on occasion.

Might sound stupid but I'm stuck at the "please try again" part of the credit... Did I have to use the reset of the VC or an other things ? I don't want to loose the work I've done so far but want to make more on it...

^Just push the reset button on the VC menu. The game will have saved your progress (you'll be right at the point you were at before playing the final level, but now all treasure holding levels will be flashing).

Ok thanks I'll try it tonight :-) They should have put a way to go back at the menu by pressing a button even if it's not it the basic game...
