I wish Nintendo would create a "Super Mario Bundle", where you spend 14.99$ or 14,99€ and you get:

  • Super Mario Bros
  • Super Mario Bros - The lost levels
  • Super Mario Bros 2
  • Super Mario Bros 3

Basically you pay for three VC games and get the fourth free.
I think it's feasible, no?

I'd love to see a Wii U bundle that comes with New Super Mario Bros U + New Super Luigi U, a Wii U VC version of SMB1, and a new Wii U Duck Hunt game.

On topic, Japan still doesn't have the American SMB2 on their Wii U VC yet, only Wii VC and 3DS VC.

Rest in Peace ShiftyLook
I help keep these threads updated: New 3DS VC games in Japan, Missing 3DS VC and Wii U VC between regions, and Full of list first party Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Gear games missing from the 3DS VC.

I have another Ambassador type bundle idea. If you already have SMB, SMB2, and SMBLL, then you can get SMB3 for no charge. :)

I actually have an idea for a compilation. It could be called Super Mario: Handheld Hits for Nintendo 3DS. It can contain Super Mario Land 1 & 2, Super Mario Advance 1-4, New Super Mario Bros., and Super Mario 64 DS all in one package. Super Mario Advance 4 e-Reader DLC can be available as DLC. There could be a bundled version with Super Mario 3D Land and a 3DS XL variation with classic Mario design (retro 2D Mario art style). Good idea, is it not? I also have an idea for another compilation, which could be Super Mario 3D Collection for Wii U.

It could contain Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy 1-2! It could also be bundled with Super Mario 3D World and a Wii U with Super Mario 64 Mario design (art style of Super Mario 64 characters). What do you guys think?

Good, good. But don't you think all this is a little too much? I think my original four classics discount bundle is a more realistic idea. Which of course can be released with less effort.

You're thinking a bit too small, in my opinion. I think Nintendo should make what I have dubbed Annual Compilations. They take every game they made in a particular year and sell it as a compilation.

For example, Nintendo Compilation 2013 would be great! We'd get Luigi's Mansion 2, Fire Emblem: Awakening, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, and the upcoming Link Between Worlds...all in one place! I think $50 would be a fair price.

For the bundles, yes. For the games alone, I highly doubt it. Maybe $40 for Handheld Hits, plus more for the e-Reader DLC and $60 for 3D Collection. The bundles would be maybe $200 for the Handheld Hits bundle, because now that I think of it, bundling Handheld Hits with a 3DS XL and 3D Land may be a bit much. The same goes for 3D Collection and 3D World and Wii U bundle. The bundles should just be Handheld Hits + 3DS XL, and then 3D Collection + Wii U seems more realistic.

$50 for ALL that? NO... Nintendo would charge much more than that. Each of those games are $40 a piece. $50 for all those games seems WAY too good to be true.

I dunno... maybe 10 years from now, they could make that compilation with a price like that and it would make sense, because those games would be considered old.
