I forget how complete it is, but we do get Dr. Mario in WarioWare Inc, so I think giving us Dr. Mario for NES would be a bit lame. Come to think of it, buying those Paper Plane or Pyoro DSiWare games is also similarly worthless now.

I bought the paper plane game. I feel duped now.

If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.

Well, at least you get to experience the joy of Paper Plane before we get that WarioWare game. Maybe the DSiWare version is actually better in some way. You can also transfer that game to another system, unlike the WarioWare game.

Edit: Just checked out that Dr. Wario game, and you only get one sound track, but all the levels and speeds seem to be there, even past 20. Man, I forgot how many awesome little games they gave us in WarioWare — won't mind getting these all over again on my 3DS. SkatingBoard, yay!

They're not giving us Pokemon. I don't remember where, but I do remember Nintendo saying Pokemon isn't worth making/playing without the ability to trade/battle. Just like they wouldn't create a system inside the ambassador system where you can choose a version, they wouldn't program in the ability to trade Pokemon from a downloaded game to another downloaded game or onto a physical Pokemon game... that would be hell to try to work out. Don't forget this is a FREE game. Nintendo's also repeatedly said they don't want to mess with Virtual Console games.

We also won't get Duck Hunt. They, again, don't want to mess with Virtual Console games. As such, while a Wii version/sequel COULD work, Duck Hunt will never be released under the Virtual Console banner, because it requires support of a NES Zapper. No Zapper, no duck shooting. Besides, we all know there's a BIG difference between aiming and shooting something to tapping it on the screen. That would be the single most boring game download of my life. You'd never miss. It might make a good time waster... but after a half hour of playing, you'd wonder why you bothered.

Didn't they also say somewhere that they would be adding 3D and multiplayer functionality to virtual console games later and that when these updates came out, ambassadors would be able to update them for no extra cost.

If they're excluding games that have multiplayer functionality then that might be awkward. I think Golden Sun had multiplayer functionality too.

If they're adding 3D, the games change from being Virtual Console games to 3D Classics (i.e. 3DSWare) games. And multiplayer might be a non-issue for some games. Super Mario Bros. had 2 player support, but it was one-at-a-time. You could choose 2P mode, and pass the 3DS to replicate that.

Its still a perfectly playable game without multiplayer. Pokemon is not.

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

They've pretty much got most of the games I want down pat.

I dunno...A Sonic Advance would be nice? If not highly unlikey...

I'm working on a game that's coming out soon!

Yeah, it kinda is. Why would Nintendo pay to give that away?

Exactly. Like I said, they've pretty much got everything I want covered in the short list of 5 games (I never really had many memorable GBA games). So anything they throw in will just be an added bonus for me!

...Wait a minute...the NES demos...Yoshi's Island...you know, the ones from E3. You think...these could be those games in 3D?
(I doubt it, but I just thought of that)

Would love to see Yoshi's Island in 3D. T_T

That's debatable, I survived perfectly fine in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd generations not playing any multiplayer.

I'd actually say that a game like Mario Kart: Super Circuit would be worse off without multiplayer than pokemon because it's such a party/group orientated game. Whereas Pokemon has a more robust single player adventure and multiplayer is generally only focussed on two people rather than (preferably) a group like Mario Kart. You might not be able to get every pokemon, but that was the case when Ruby/Sapphire first came out anyway. (Plus if they're adding multiplayer later as a free update that would solve the problem....it's not like when they release these free games they don't plan on updating them somewhere down the line. Nintendo have mentioned that that that ambassadors will be able to update their games later at no extra cost.

Right, because you could never shoot the way you do in face raiders, right?

Come to think of it, That'd be pretty cool if ducks replaced the faces. It'd be more fun trying to hit a duck zooming around your room. I will agree that it's pretty unlikely though.

I'd bet anyone a fresh carrot that we're going to get Rad Racer. Maybe an apple too for Mach Rider. It seems Nintendo is sticking to some of the launch titles for the NES.

EDIT: Personally I find that source suspicious, but I'm liking the looks of the Kirby game. Although for some Reason I almost feel let down by the Mario one. I like Mario 3, but I find it hard to play Mario 3 for that long. Plus we already have games like that on the NES side of things. Oh well, 3 more chances...
