Anyway, amazing from Nintendo to offer early adpoters 20 free classic games. Others wouldn't even care and just lower the system's price and be done with it. Great stuff from Nintendo!

I don't know much about the NES library, but I assume that the remaining 5 GBA games would all be first party titles. Probably:

I'm hoping for Golden Sun, Either F-Zero, Advance Wars, Wario Land 4 and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Unfortunately, I think Nintendo wants to stick with shorter, more playable/likeable franchises, so we may not get RPGs or Turn-Based Strategy games. I hope I'm wrong though.

I think the other 10 will be DSiWare and GB/C games.

As cool as it is to play NES games on the go like this, i just....feel, well....Does it really seem necessary? I mean i want these Nes titles in '3D' . Releasing the Nes originals kind of takes the magic out of the Wii's NES Virtual console if you know what i mean, as cool as it is of course.

And I want Yoshi's Island on the Wii's VC damint, not on a hand held.

Besides, I've practically played through all of the NES classics anyways, i wouldn't bother playing through the original NES versions again UNLESS they were in '3D' BUt free's free I guess. And as for the GBA games.....Well, my guess is that you either have to deal with a stretched blurry default image or a scaled down native res version which is tinier than the GBA screen. Either way it will suck.

I'll most likely be better off buying these actual GBA games off eBay and playing them on my DS Lite. At this point, I'm really only interested in GB/GB Color VC titles and '3D' NES/SNES titles.

Well, as a person who's gonna buy the 3DS during this price-drop, I'm not missing out on much. I either own all the games listed or don't really care for the others.

I suspect Nintendo will make these available to the rest of the public eventually, though.

20 free games and some people are still whining. I suppose some just can't be pleased.

If we got Mario and Luigi: Super Star Saga, Golden Sun, Drill Dozer and either of the GBA Fire Emblem titles, I'd flip my lid. I wouldn't care what the last one was, or what any of the NES games were. All of these seem like logical choices to me, and all of them I'd gladly pay $10+ for anyway.

I think it'll be limited to Nintendo games, since it'd be weird if they gave away games from other publishers just so Ninty can prosper.
