Nintendo mentioned waaaaaay back when the Ambassador program was first announced, that full updates for NES games, which would give them Restore Point functionality, full instruction manuals, and probably some other stuff I can't remember off the top of my head, would come when the games were released onto the eShop. So, when a game gets released (I'm thinking one every other week or something like that myself), they will get updated. Just be patient; the updates will come eventually.
Mario, Metroid, and the 2 Zeldas (maybe D.K. Jr.), are the only ones that really need a restore point, anyway. I suppose you could use one with Balloon Fight, but that would ruin the high-score driven arcade experience that the game posesses.
Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.
...
Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.

I just checked, and it appears the other nine games have updates. However, after updating The Legend of Zelda, it appears that this batch of updates is not comparable to the treatment SMB was given a few weeks ago.
I'm personally hoping for Punch-Out!!, followed by NES Open Tournament Golf. The former because I REALLY want to play it, and the latter so I can get the update to get the full instruction manual so I can finally know what every setting does.
