From what I remember, I preferred Ages despite getting much, much farther in Seasons. Both are really good games but I love time travel stories and bonus points for it being important to the gameplay too.
I think I like Oracle of Seasons slightly more. Partly because it was just the one I played first, but also because the Rod of Seasons helped make Holodrum a more visually striking place to explore than Labrynna and, while it still takes more of its cues from ALttP/LA, Seasons is probably the closest thing we've ever had to a throwback of the original game.
That's why I prefer playing Seasons first of the two. It feels like walking from Zelda 1 through A Link To The Past and Link's Awakening as it slowly ramps up. It also helps that Ages is the more difficult of the two so playing Seasons second might weaken its impact.
No Zelda fan should skip either of them, however.
“A thing may be too sad to be believed or too wicked to be believed or too good to be believed; but it cannot be too absurd to be believed in this planet of frogs and elephants, of crocodiles and cuttle-fish.”

Would be nice, that they sell the games as a bundle like $10 for both.
Yeah, I'm hoping we can get them bundled for $10. I heard Japan had a deal something like that. They're coming out on my birthday, so it would be a nice present to get both for a reduced price.
I can't wait for these two games!
I just hope that they will be offered at a reasonable price, or maybe Nintendo would offer a discount if you buy both titles at the same time.
That would be great!
Is there any kind of chronology between these two games (as in one happening before the other), or are they sort of simultaneous? Hyrule Historia just clumps them together, so I was just wondering.
Lol, just had a terrifying thought. What if they put a special price on buying both, and they put Link's Awakening on sale at the same time? I'd have to buy all 3.

From what I've seen and heard, it doesn't matter (story wise) which you play first. They are kind of parallel to each other (if I'm wrong someone correct me here).
