Today, while re-organizing, I found these:

My Nintendo Mini Classics! I was willing to spend $12 on the batteries for them. It really brings back memories.
I know that you can get game & watch games as club nintendo awards for the DS, but why not release these on the 3DS Virtual Console?

Well DSiWare had released like 10 Game and Watch games for 2 dollars each. Since the DSiWare catalog is migrating to the eShop, it seems there is little chance for a release on VC/3DSWare.

Perhaps 3D remakes, instead?

I haven't seen the Super Mario Bros. Game&Watch for DS. (I have the game on the blue mini classic gameboy) It's my favorite out of the two I have. (the other one is Donkey Kong Jr.) They should use this opportunity to bring it back on the 3DS!

I'd be in favor of that too. Since the Game & Watch games could really benefit from the depth of 3D. It could make them look more authentic.
But it should be a big collection with achievements or special extras and StreetPass exchange of your high scores .

I like Legend of Zelda. Really hard, but rewarding when you finish even the first level.

3D remakes of 2D games. That...makes sense?

The 3D version of the Game & Watch game on the music program of the 3DS is pretty good, I think that shows the possibiltiy of an upgrade to the originals.

Didn't know about that one. I guess i should finally get some songs on my SD card despite never going to use the 3DS as a MP3-player.

The game & watch technology uses the same idea as most digital clocks and calculators do. The visuals appear to be floating above the screen itself. You can see it here:

Don't see the point of making them 3D Classics games. But I do think that Nintendo should continue bringing more Game n Watch games out as DSiWare. I'm surprised they haven't done more games.

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

I just want Game & Watch gallery 2 and 3 for VC.

I'm a huge fan of the game and watch games, the Gameboy Color Game and Watch Galleries are some of the best games on the system.
