I would say thats definate confirmation that these current 4 titles will be replaced with others on the 11th!

On club Nintendo, it says the offer expires on Jan 10 as well and the new games will be posted shortly after

No it's not the GBA kirby. It's the 3D Classic remake of the NES Kirby.

That is wrong as well; The Kirby being offered to CN members is Kirby's Dream Land, the first Kirby title, initially released for the Game Boy and now available on the VCH.
