Also Japan has the MSX2 version I'm pretty sure, not the NES one. We already have the fully translated MSX version on MGS3: Subsistence and the two releases of the MGS HD Collection, along with the true MG2: Solid Snake. The NES version would be... ack.
This game is taking forever to be released! When it does come out it will surpass even Link's Awakening as the best VC game onthe 3ds.

It isn't. I honestly perfer it more than the recent releases going on now, Ghost Babel may be better, but I can still like the NES version more. It's the same thing with Final fantasy II FC.

First off: Ghost Bable is not a version of Metal Gear.
Second of all, have you really played Ghost Babel?
Third of all, the NES version of MG may be crap, but I think you're being harsh comparing it the completely broken, unplayable mess that is FF2 FC.
