The colors in 1:1 pixel mode are fantastic. Extremely vivid and sharp. I can't check at this moment, but I think that this may be look even better on the 3DS than it does when played on the Gamecube with the Game Boy Player.

They promised it would be available everywhere by the end of the day.. but it's already 10pm in most of Europe. Could they not have at least given it to us first? :/

Apparently Nintendo.co.uk put Link's Awakening up for 8 June. Thus, clearly Nintendo had to be a pain in the for Europe again. Also, no E3 section videos or goodies for us.
I am obviously mad, don't mind me.

obviously they meant the end of the day where they are

@ Square-enixFanLink's awakening is amazing! It's the game that got me into Zelda and made me a fan. No, not a Link to the past like most people. It was this Gameboy Gem that started my obsession. It's one of those games you just can't put down. Best handheld Zelda ever made in my humble opinion.

£5.40 for a Gameboy game? That's downright criminal, even if it is a particularly good one..This will be the first and only virtual console game I buy. Nintendo, this it not how you provide good online services.
Their pathetic handling of every single facet of the 3DS has convinced me I do not want their new console, this is just woefully sub par on so many levels.

If this is the average for GBC games: It's the only one I'll buy. Hope It's as good as you all say it is. Still hate eShop charges taxes.

@Funky: if you want something you can sink your teeth into a little, go for Link's Awakening. if you just want something you can blaze through in about five minutes, though, go for SML.

@theblackdragon: You need at least twice that amount of time.[youtube:pJMqww1lS6g]
