What do you think Reggie meant by this? Colecovision for 3DS Virtual Console confirmed?

how can anything be 'confirmed' if you're asking 'what do you think'? lol, we'll just have to wait and see.

Maybe the Game and Watch games, despite being available as DSiWare already.

Haha! So true. As another poster mentioned, I'm pretty sure he just means Donkey Kong--unless Popeye makes a triumphant return! Confirmed?

He might not have meant anything by it, but suppose it could have something to do with this. Even if it means anything, why ColecoVision?

Xevious was originally released in 1982, which outdates the NES. A 3D Classic version of that game was confirmed already.

Of course, we can probably expect more than just that.

Jeez people, of course I didn't mean anything by it. You people are too serious. (Hmm, perhaps I could have used an emoticon, like a winky face , but still, yeesh...)

Game n Watch and arcade games he probably means.

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

Maybe, but he did say "classic CONSOLE titles," which would lead me to believe that he was referring to consoles released before the NES (Atari 2600, 5200, Intellivision, ColecoVision, etc.), not handhelds or arcade games.

Not that I'd be really all that excited even if it does come true. It's just that the above quote jumped out at me as I was watching the press conference.

I heard somewhere that LoZ A Link to The Past may be considered, but there could be a lot of games that could be added which would be cool, Super Mario Bros, The legend of Zelda, Metroid, and plenty more, I think that someone somewhere said that they weren't too difficult to make, since they don't really change the game up too much.

It IS getting arcade games though, the 3DC Xevious released on Japan's eShop is based on the arcade version, not the NES version.

They also mentioned Earthbound at E3 2006 when they were telling us about the Wii VC.
You see how quickly that happened right?
