It gave me the congratulations message however I am unable to do anything and download my games. I have checked my Titles Ive Downloaded section and I have none of the games listed there. Have I been to late? I was without internet for awhile this was not my fault and I feel since I bought my 3DS before the date mentioned that I should get my ambassador games.
My 3DS code is: blanked just in case
Any help in fixing this would be welcomed. Thank you for your time.
However when I try to sent it on nintendo eu site it gives me the "this page does not exist message" with walugi on it. How can I fix this?
I believe the qualifications for becoming an eShop Ambassador were to connect your 3DS to the eShop before August 12. If you didn't do that, there's nothing anyone can do to help you, unless you contact Nintendo, explain your situation, maybe give them proof of purchase to prove that you should be an Ambassador, and hope they can fix the problem for you. That's all I really got.
It's not about when you bought your 3DS, it's about when you connected it to the eShop. You have to have connected it by August 11th, 2011. If you haven't done that, then you're out of luck, sorry.
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.

I found quite a few errors in your letter to Nintendo, so I fixed them for you. I hope it makes your letter more clear.
Try calling, Nintendo takes a long time to respond to emails.
Not for me. I've emailed them general questions and got an answer in a few days. Guess it depends on where you live, but NOA is pretty quick with responding to emails.
Thank you very much. Grammer does not come easy to me. I am curious though that if its just about eshop connection then it is not very fair because I got mine at launch paid full price and I though that was what all this was about. Still cant send the damm email. l its late here though so I will see about calling them on the phone tomorrow.

Its true that the qualifications for becoming an eShop Ambassador were to connect your 3DS to the eShop before August 12, but by that time I also remember reading in NoEs website that in some regions you could contact Nintendo with your serial and proof of purchase (voucher, credit card extract, pre-order, etc) and they would set things up for you to download this games. No harm in trying, call Nintendo and ask for this, maybe this method is still available in your country.

Those were the conditions, man. Nintendo was very clear about what you had to do to be an ambassador. If you weren't able to connect before the deadline the most you can do is try to convince Nintendo that you deserve them. ...Good luck with that.

Try calling, and be sure to let them know their e-mail option is not working. And again, the main Ambassador thread is here; please use that thread to ask any further questions. Thank you! :3
