I really don't think Nintendo would just release the GBA games in parts of the US, seriously...quit it. They're not up. :/

I have come to the hypothesis that this has something to do with region, everyone complaining about not having them is in EST (Illinois, Florida, and I'm in Ohio).

I just got them. They were on the second page of the "downloaded games" list. (I'm in Illinois, BTW)

I actually wasn't waiting for them. I'm just having trouble sleeping.
