Please understand that this is not just about the 2 GG sonics in NA (I have threads for those already), but mostly for the lack of the GG games Japan has in EUROPE and Australia. Therefore this doesn't need to be locked unless someone else made a thread about the europe problem already

Europe's last game on the GG was in june, and that was sonic blast...

NOJ has almost 10 GG games, and EU has 5 and NA still has only 3.... What happened to the ACB rated games, like Defenders of Oasis, Sword of Hyaja and Columns? If they are releasing GG in Japan actively, why didn't they at least add some popular GG game like Columns to the EU/AU VC? It was one of the best GG games, so at least releasing that in Europe and AU would make sense.

So what's with Sega's lack of support recently, everywhere but Japan?

I think so as well. Another thing that affects EVERYWHERE that is a bigger problem is the lack of TG16 games. Before anyone says "KONAMI AND THEIR DUMB UP UP DOWN DOWN METHOD", they announced that at GDC right AFTER the fusion into Konami.

I'm still waiting for more Game Gear games here in NA, too. Especially Sonic 1 8-bit and the second Shinobi.

Maybe the VC isn't performing so well? I don't know. It's a shame that we've seemingly skipped over the Game Gear and onto the NES. Maybe the Master System is on the way, in which case we'll simply see those games instead. It's not impossible, considering many Game Gear and Master System games were almost identical.

But they stopped releasing Master System games so fast on the Wii VC, too. I was waiting for Shinobi Master System and it never came...

But I dunno, I figure simply re-releasing these old games should be easy and cheap for the companies.

I want Columns in NA, because it's a handheld VC game that emulates the link cable properly, and it's a fun puzzler. It's price is extremely cheap in Japan.

Yeah, if anything that title should be out. Columns is one of the best GG titles (Not as much as Super columns), so why aren't they doing anything?

Super Columns is excellent. I'm not much of a fan of the series, but Super Columns is a fantastic game.

I've been waiting for Defenders of Oasis, Shining Force: The Sword of Hayja and that castlevania-esque game to arrive on the VC, which I expected them to release by halloween, but still nothing. I've never played any game gear games before and these are what got me excited, it's a shame we get a crap ton of lame games here in Australia and never the ones we want on time.

I know how you feel. In NA we usually get a lot of stuff, but in some areas we get them very late.

Like those two Kirby GB games, where are they? You guys have them, but we are still waiting.

Or even worse, when will NA get another GG game? It's almost strange how we still only have 3.

Whatever the reason, it's quite a shame. I'd love to see more great Sega VC games on Ninty systems.

I don't really mind the lack of Genesis games (They are exhausted anyhow) on wii VC, nor even the master system (They got all of the main titles out). But on Game Gear there are a lot of titles they can release, which is a shame as Japan is getting one a month while we got nothing extra.

Changed the title since it seems everyone is having this problem outside of Japan. I find it strange how SEGA's last GG title in EU/AU was Sonic Blast in June... And we still have those two in our coming soon section with dust on them. We should have at least gotten columns by now. What's with Sega's lack of support?

Next thing you know, Japan will end up getting SMS games by the time we get our fourth game.
