My friend just got me a belated birthday present of a 3DS shop card, but I want to get some Wii games... I didn't want to be rude and hurt his feelings, after all. So I was just wondering if the 3DS card was backwards compatible with my Wii...
BTW I have the individual worst internet known to mankind and I keep getting errors, so I can't tell.

I believe you need Wii point cards for the Wii shop and 3DS are for the 3DS shop.

We still don't have eShop cards here.
Regardless, I think what Tasuki said is true.
Love my 3DS, Fighting games and Zombies. Enuff' said.

I don't know about American cards, but the UK ones I've seen say that they are compatible with 3DS, DSi and Wii. You could always just try the code and find out if it'll work that way!
I was hiding under your porch because I love you...
