Definitely Animal Crossing: New Leaf for me. I'm also really looking forward to Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.

Most wanted game of the year is possibly Fire Emblem Awakening. Have to wait till April though. But castlevania, Luigis mansion, Mario and Luigi and Mario golf are others I look forward to.

I'm going to try to squeeze a preorder of Project X Zone in there somewhere. The game looks interesting, but I'm more interested in us sending a clear and compelling message: BRING OVER MORE NICHE JAPANESE RPGS! THERE IS A MARKET FOR THEM IN THE U.S.

As for Luigi's Mansion 2, I think I'll wait on that one for awhile. I never played the original, and I don't know how the controls are going to be without the CPP. I don't want to have to buy a CPP to enjoy a game (which is why I passed over the MGS3 port), and anyway, I would need the XL version, and that hasn't even been announced for release in the U.S. And there are a multitude of reasons I'll be passing over MH3, most likely. What good is a primarily multiplayer game with only a local multiplayer component? Moreover, again, the game is supposed to be harder to control without the second circle pad.

Oh, and if Bravely Default is announced for localization, as others have said, that will automatically find itself at the top of my list.
