So they send out an email of confirmation AFTER the deadline has passed? WTF? The email should have been sent immediately after you logged onto the eShop.

pfff, I don't even care. Because there's no doubt that GBA VC games are going to either look large and blurry or sharp and too tiny. Either way you lose. And if this is the case, I'd rather score the original GBA cartridges and play them on my DS Lite. Plus, Nes VC games belong on the Wii, not on the 3DS...
Then again, it would be pretty surreal to be playing the original Kid Icarus(for ex) or Punch-Out!! on the go.
I've been away on holiday for nearly a month, and haven't had time to keep up with all the news on here so please forgive me. I'm really behind on all the gossip surrounding this. Do people actually know for sure that they are IN the program? I do visit the e-shop regularly, and have downloaded 2 titles since the ambassador program was announced. But I'm not sure if I'm "in" the program or not. What kind of confirmation do you have? Does it say it on the 3DS?

Yeah, I'm in the UK. But I was in the US for 3 weeks when this stuff was announced. I kept seeing people on my 3DS friends list say that they were "ambassadors" which makes me think they had some sort of confirmation about it. I just wonder if I missed something because I was away.

Nah, there's only two things to know. 1. You downloaded stuff? Yup, you visited the eShop and you're now an ambassador. No confirmation though. 2. If you didn't get your twenty free games, turn Iwata into a hostage.
