I like to see a 3D explorer with yoshi as the main charater.like Mario sunshine and all the other 3D Mario explorers.

It could work, but I don't see it.
It would work if it were a Mini Game though.
Eat as many enemies as you can within a certain time limit.

Yoshi is long overdue for a 3D platformer. I would settle for Yoshi's Island Returns by Retro Studios, though.

I have always wanted see Yoshi or Birdo in their own open world 3D game. However Nintendo seems to only care about giving Yoshi 2D titles as in Yoshi Touch & Go for example. Still, as I am anticipating a Yoshi 3DS title I'd be happy to settle for a 2.5D Yoshi 3DS title.
