Topic: Will You Be Purchasing The Nintendo 3DS?

I think I won't be purchasing the Nintendo 3DS anytime soon seeing as I have just got my Nintendo DSi XL (Wine Red) for Christmas and I'm loving it to bits! xD I think the improved graphics on the 3DS is great (They had to be improved to make the 3D more realistic) but I may sound like an idiot for saying this...but I prefer the current Nintendo DS/DSi graphics, it just makes it look more...unique. My question to you guys is will you be purchasing the 'soon-to-be-released' Nintendo 3DS?

Ummm....yeah, definitely buying a 3DS. If I had to wait even one day after launch to get my paws on one I would literally die. I've been looking forward to it even before the thing had a name!

Yeah thats awesome xD Theres no point in me getting one right away as I have my Nintendo DSi XL. I might give it 2 or 3 years I think. My DSi XL is the best thing I've had since my Nintendo DS Lite died out on me

But the DSi XL replaced that and made me very happy. I do think Nintendo could of gone with a better design for the 3DS.

I'll get it eventually. My DSi is still enough for me, and I'll be picking up Okamiden in March when the 3DS comes out.

Exactly what I was thinking. Theres no point me having my DSi XL for a couple of months then switching out to the Nintendo 3DS. If or when my DSi XL dies out on me or when I'm ready for a change, I'll go for the N3DS.

Day 1 purchase. I'm still playing my games on my Phat since 2005, so it's definitely time for a new handheld.

Probably not immedietely, but you never know. We still don't know what the price and launch games (outside of Japan) are, so that could swing my decision one way or the other. Maybe Christmas 2011 though? I guess we'll see.

I'd like to get it (hopefully as a birthday gift if it releases early March), but I doubt I'll have the money for one.

Even Christmas 2011 is too short for me. I need more time with my XL. Like what I said, until it dies out on me or until Im ready for a change

Hell yeah I will. It will be my first ever day-1 purchase. I dont even own a DS, so I wont even feel bad about purchasing this one.
Lot of the promised titles, no matter if theyre available at launch or not, sound really juicy. If the quality of titles continues like this, I'l be a happy player. Plus I'l finally get to play DS games as well.
